Furthermore, by holding hotel and leisure assets owned by Prince Hotels and having control of major assets held by Seibu Railway transferred to us as of FY2023 along with the organizational restructuring implemented within the Group in FY2022, we have become even more defined as a core company of the Seibu Group overlooking the real estate business. Our responsibilities and expectations of us increase and the range of our value maximization broadens as our holdings increase in volume. However, it is our aim to further expand our operations and take a leap forward into becoming an integrated real estate company that takes the role of maximizing the value of the Group’s holdings by taking on bold challenges with a new momentum and utilizing our holdings in the most effective ways possible through various methods.

Specific examples of the maximization of our values include the utilization of our assets that span the nation including resorts in locations such as central urban areas, areas along Seibu Railway lines, and Karuizawa, Hakone, and Furano, as well as our efforts in maximizing the values of our various assets in hotels, leisure, and activities involving tourism along Seibu Railway lines.

Furthermore, we aim to become professionals in all areas involving asset management, property management, and business management in the real estate business, and contribute to solving problems faced by all stakeholders.
